All prices listed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
We accept:
- M-Pesa Paybill 247247 (Acc: 0707963716)
- Cash on Delivery (selected regions only)
- Bank/Mobile transfers
- Partial deposit arrangements on selected items
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer countrywide delivery across Kenya.
- Delivery timelines vary by location (same-day within Nairobi, 1–3 days outside Nairobi).
- Delivery fees may apply, and in some cases, prepayment is required for verification.
Once a product is handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7. Warranty
Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties (panels, batteries, inverters, pumps, etc.).
Warranty does not cover:

- Power surges
- Water damage (unless product is rated for water)
Warranty claims must follow the procedures in our Warranty & Returns guidelines.
