1. Delivery Coverage

We offer countrywide delivery to all towns and rural areas in Kenya, including:

  • Nairobi
  • Mombasa
  • Kisumu
  • Nakuru
  • Eldoret
  • Meru
  • Kitui
  • Machakos
  • And all surrounding regions

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery
  • Major towns: 1–2 working days
  • Rural areas: 2–4 working days

Orders placed after 5:00PM are processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on location and product weight.

Exact fees are shown at checkout or communicated by our support team.

A delivery fee may be required before dispatch for verification and to prevent fraudulent orders.


4. Order Processing & Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive a confirmation message or email.
  2. Our team will contact you to verify delivery details.
  3. Your order will be packaged and dispatched.
  4. You will receive tracking details or courier information.

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • M-Pesa Paybill 247247 (Acc: 0707963716)
  • Cash on Delivery (selected items & locations only)
  • Bank/Mobile transfers
  • Partial deposits for high-value systems

Some deliveries may require a deposit before shipping.


6. Courier Services

We use trusted delivery partners, including:

  • Fargo Courier
  • G4S
  • Wells Fargo
  • Swyft
  • Local boda services (within Nairobi)

Once handed over to the courier, delivery timelines may vary, but we assist with tracking and support.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us immediately at support@jutermalsolar.com
  • Send photos or videos of the package and items
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or solution

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient:

  • The customer is responsible for additional redelivery fees
  • Please ensure your phone number and location are accurate at checkout

9. Pickup Option

Customers may request to pick up items from our Nairobi distributor or designated pickup point.
